After placing your order, if an item is out of stock at the Manufacturer, we will advise by email asap. We have no control over Manufacturers stock levels or restock timescales and due to the the scale and turnover of items at our suppliers, it is impossible for us to show every out of stock item on our website. Orders containing a back order will be held until all items are in stock.
Back Orders / Out of stock items
Back orders will be despatched automatically to the customer as soon as stock is available. Please contact us as soon as possible if the item is no longer required. We have no control over re stocking dates of suppliers, stock may arrive sooner or later than those advised. Please notify us as soon as possible if the item is no longer required for a refund. Customers must advise if a change of address has occured – orders will be despatched automatically to that advised on the order. We will not be held responsible for orders sent to an address from which the customer has moved from.
