The seal adapts to every kind of uneven floors with joints or bumps. The drop down seal can be fixed with lateral steel brackets.

Self-directing articulated metal plunger with nylon cap, adjustable with a 3mm Allen wrench. 

Co-extruded self-extinguishing TPE seal (rigid and soft) 

Can be cut.
